Expect cobblestone streets and some hilly terrain, especially in Porto and Lisbon — comfortable shoes are essential.
The Douro Valley days include vineyard visits and countryside drives; moderate walking involved.
Temperatures in spring range from mid-60s°F to mid-70s°F — layers are ideal for cool evenings.
All scheduled excursions are included, but you’ll also have free time for rest, journaling, or exploration.
